Paola has been a savior for us. My partner travels with a mobility scooter which was damaged on our flight to Madrid. I contacted Paola about our upcoming trip to Lucca ( our third time here) and she worked tirelessly to secure a rental scooter for us for which we are truly grateful. We met with her for an aperitivo to thank her and enjoyed her company and her advice about Lucca. Can't recommend Paola enough. She is a wonderful person! ❤️
